Anatomia creates mirrored left-side instances in the browser; geometry and textures are not duplicated in the download. --- Anatomia - Whole anatomy - muscular dissection sequence The whole-body tabs are a progressive educational dissection sequence from the skeleton outward: deep, intermediate, then superficial muscular passes. They are not presented as a single universal whole-body taxonomy; anatomical depth is region-specific. The sequence partitions all 509 mesh objects in the Z-Anatomy Muscles collection without duplication: 208 deep, 203 intermediate and 98 superficial structures. Terminology follows FIPAT Terminologia Anatomica 2 (TA2); representative regional depth relationships were checked against the back and anterolateral abdominal-wall anatomy references below. Terminology: https://fipat.library.dal.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/FIPAT-TA2-Part-2.pdf Back layer reference: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK539746/ Abdominal-wall layer reference: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK525975/ --- Anatomia - Sex basis and variant policy The current Open3DModel, Z-Anatomy and BodyParts3D-derived geometry is based on an adult male source body. Anatomia identifies that basis in the interface instead of presenting the geometry as sex-neutral. Structures shared across sexes remain in one educational view. Female and male variants are to be separated only where the anatomy differs materially, especially in the pelvis, perineum and reproductive systems. A female variant must use a separately sourced female model; it is not synthesized by reshaping the male source. The shared visceral asset and the male reproductive asset are separate GLBs. The retained Z-Anatomy Kidney.l, Kidney.r, Vestibule.l, Vestibule.r, Cochlea.l and Cochlea.r objects are not included in either published asset. The current source body is adult male; female reproductive geometry is not inferred or synthesized from it. Modifications by A-Vernalis / Anatomia include source selection, licensed kidney replacement and alignment, material remapping, selective polygon reduction, Draco compression, localized terminology and structure-level source/license metadata. --- Anatomia - Regional anatomy - bilateral upper limbs Assets: regional-upper-limb-bones, regional-upper-limb-joints, regional-upper-limb-muscles and regional-upper-limb-nerves. Modifications by A-Vernalis / Anatomia: - intersected each anatomical-system collection with the left and right upper-limb region collections; - separated bones, joints and ligaments, muscle-support structures and peripheral nerves into four independently loadable GLBs; - converted nerve curves into pickable web meshes with controlled resolution; - excluded taxonomy markers, helper profiles, meshes without faces and all locally retained non-commercial kidney and inner-ear exceptions; - applied restrained system materials, selective polygon reduction, Draco compression and localized manifest metadata. These regional assets describe macroscopic educational anatomy and are not a diagnostic or clinical model. --- Anatomia - Whole anatomy - heart, arteries and veins Assets: whole-heart, whole-arteries and whole-veins. Modifications by A-Vernalis / Anatomia: - separated cardiac structures, pulmonary and systemic arteries, and pulmonary and systemic veins into three independently loadable GLBs; - converted vessel curves into pickable web meshes with controlled bevel resolution; - retained shared cardiovascular structures as shared and marked testicular, penile and prostatic vessels as male-specific per structure; - excluded ovarian, uterine and vaginal vessels from this adult-male-source release instead of presenting an incomplete female vascular variant; - excluded corrupt placeholder names and all retained non-commercial kidney and inner-ear exceptions; - applied system materials, selective polygon reduction, Draco compression, localized terminology and structure-level region, sex and license metadata. The current release does not claim a complete female cardiovascular or reproductive model. These assets describe macroscopic educational anatomy and are not a diagnostic or clinical model. --- Anatomia - Regional anatomy - bilateral lower limbs Assets: regional-lower-limb-bones, regional-lower-limb-joints, regional-lower-limb-muscles and regional-lower-limb-nerves. Primary source: Z-Anatomy, Models of human anatomy Repository: https://github.com/Z-Anatomy/Models-of-human-anatomy License: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0). All structures in these four assets are classified as shared anatomy; no sex-specific reproductive or pelvic structures are included. These regional assets describe macroscopic educational anatomy and are not a diagnostic or clinical model. --- Anatomia - Regional anatomy - trunk and head and neck Views: 04 Trunk and 05 Head & Neck. These views do not introduce new geometry. They lazily reuse the already attributed whole-anatomy GLBs above and select region-relevant structures in the viewer from published per-structure manifest metadata and stable skeleton names. The original license and attribution recorded for every underlying asset and structure remain unchanged. The trunk view presents superficial, intermediate and deep muscles before the vertebral column, thoracic cage, costal cartilage, visceral organs, heart, central thoracoabdominal vessels, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and autonomic nerves. The head-and-neck view presents superficial, intermediate and deep muscles before the skull and cervical spine, regional organs, brain and central nervous system, cranial and autonomic nerves, eye, ear and independently attributed bony labyrinth. Current runtime inventories are 381 regional structures for the trunk and 565 for the head and neck. Because filtering occurs after lazy loading, the published source payloads remain the complete contributing GLBs; dedicated regional exports may reduce transfer size in a future release without changing the present attribution chain. Both views describe macroscopic educational anatomy and are not diagnostic or clinical models. --- Anatomia - Whole anatomy - nervous system and sense organs Assets: whole-central-nervous-system, whole-peripheral-nervous-system, whole-sense-eye and whole-sense-ear. The Z-Anatomy Cochlea.l, Cochlea.r, Vestibule.l and Vestibule.r meshes remain excluded because their retained upstream provenance is non-commercial. No part of those meshes is bundled into the published CC BY-SA assets. Their anatomical place is filled only by the separately attributed Nevit Dilmen bony-labyrinth geometry above. All structures in this release are classified as shared anatomy. These assets describe macroscopic educational anatomy and are not a diagnostic or clinical model.
